As a sales person I...Absolutely right on the money. As a sales person I can relate to everything said here and the humor is dead on. When asked to forecast sales all of the above come into play and the the best forecaster is the best guestimator or the person with a crystal ball. If you can't close a sales immediately then you can bank on the dog eating the home syndrome until urgency wins out.
